About Welcome Back to Math

I’ve tutored math for 10 years.  I teach adults preparing for high school equivalency tests and college students learning intermediate math.  Here’s what I’ve learned:

1. 1. 1. Most math study programs jumble topics around so you need skills you haven’t learned yet;
      2. The material is too long and too hard to read; and,
      3. No one likes to read about math anyway.

I created Welcome Back to Math to solve those problems. The guide is short and to the point.  You don’t have to read it on your own anyway—watch the video!  It’s like having a private tutor sitting with you, explaining the topics and showing you each example step-by-step.

I hope you start at the beginning. Watch each video. Follow along with the instruction guide.  Pause and repeat if you need to. Do as many of the practice problems on your own as you can. Then watch the solution video to compare results.

Each section adds to your math skills in a gradual and logical way. At the end of 21 sections you can take a high school equivalency test or be ready for a more advanced math class.
